For your reassurance, and as necessary to meet our obligations to you there are a few requirements that we will require from you throughout the application process. This is to ensure that we can deliver to you our products with your protection and interests long term.

Under the Equity Protection Option, you may choose to protect up to 50% of the eventual net proceeds from the property sale. The protected equity returned on the sale of the residence is based on the percentage selected in the Equity Protection Option and is your guaranteed percentage return at the time of the loan repayment.
You cannot go into debt beyond the value of the net sale proceeds of your home. The risk of your property’s decline in value, beyond the value of your equity release, is in fact transferred to the lender, not to you (as long as you meet your property maintenance, insurance and rates responsibilities).
You remain the property title holder and can remain in your property and community until you either leave the property or pass away.
There is no requirement for you to make any repayments on your loan until the end of the loan.
